Psychiatric Evaluation

We start with an initial psychiatric evaluation.

This is an objective evaluation on impulsivity, reactions inattention, and hyperactivity.
It will give you feedback on impulsivity, reactions, etc.

This incurs a flat fee of $180. ** If patient can provide necessary paperwork, QB Test may not be necessary

Exempt people who can provide a previous psych evaluation from a psychological provider diagnosing them with ADHD.
